10- I learned broccoli and kale are kings of the protein rich dark leafy greens! I seriously went overboard on brocc+kale today, LOL- I was burping up burnt kale and raw brocc allll afternoon. OH well- c'est la vie. it made my tummy happy at the time!

1.) I learned that protein costs 15-20 times more than starch/sugar, which is why most cereal companies have very little protein in their products.

2.) I learned that fruit has protein (am I the only one who didn’t know that ?) and that you make the best looking curly fries ever.

I learned that the cookies are sweetened with Stevia, something that I am newly madly in love with. I'm so glad I've decided to "give it a try" over my usual Splenda. Gag. Never again! Stevia for life. I'm using the Stevia in the Raw. I'm going to try the liquid Stevia soon :)
